We are offering Grown Ups Free entry to top attractions in the UK and Ireland on promotional packs of Kellogg’s cereal and snacks between 01.01.18 – 30.06.19, valid when the voucher bearer purchases one full priced child or adult ticket at the attraction entrance.

Promotional packs of Kellogg’s can be found on shelf from January 2018 to April 2018.

To claim, simply cut out the voucher found on the side/back panel of your promotional pack and then present it at the admission kiosk at your chosen attraction and you will receive one free adult entry when you purchase one full price child or adult entrance ticket. What is the online entry route and how do I claim?

This year we are offering Grown Ups Free online entry to top attractions in the UK and Ireland on promotional packs of Kellogg’s cereal between 01.01.18 – 30.06.19.
Printed on Kellogg’s cereal (either underneath the carton flap or on the base of the packet), will be a unique, one time only code that you can redeem online via www.merlinfun.com/

Entry is simple once on the website and customers should follow the necessary instructions.
Once the tickets have been booked, including what day and where relevant, time you are visiting the relevant Merlin attraction, prepayment of these tickets will be required. Following this, a printer is needed in order to print the attraction tickets.

How long does the promotion run for?

The promotion will begin on 01.01.18 and vouchers will be accepted at all participating attractions until 30.06.19. Promotional packs will be most readily available between January 2018 and April 2018. Promotional packs can sell quickly and are sold subject to availability.

Do I need to buy a pack of Kellogg’s cereal to claim the Grown Ups Go Free offer at the attractions?

Yes, to redeem the Grown Ups Go Free offer you must purchase a promotional pack of Kellogg’s cereal or snack and cut out the voucher from the side/back of the pack, or use the online code featured in cereal packs only.

No, you do not require ID to redeem your Grown Ups Go Free voucher or pre-paid ticket. Vouchers can only be redeemed when accompanied by a person purchasing a full priced one day child or adult entrance ticket, on the date of entry at the attraction entrance.

How does the Grown Ups Go Free voucher or code work with concessions and pre-paid tickets?

The voucher or code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or concession or with pre-purchased tickets and can only be used when purchasing a full priced one day child or adult entrance ticket on the date of entry at the attraction entrance (except at the London Dungeon), or via the online entry with a unique code.

Does the Grown Ups Go Free voucher guarantee entry?

In the unlikely event that the attraction reaches full capacity, all further guests, including Grown-Ups Go Free voucher holders, will unfortunately not be able to enter the attraction.

Does the Grown Ups Go Free unique online code guarantee entry?

In the unlikely event that the attraction reaches full capacity, all further guests, including Grown-Ups Go Free printed ticket holders, will unfortunately not be able to enter the attraction.

However, if your chosen venue requires you to book a time slot, then you will be guaranteed entry into that time slot.

Please note: in unforeseen circumstances, all of the Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or Attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity. Are the attractions open all year round?

Can I sell a Kellogg’s Grown Ups Go Free voucher or code on Ebay and other internet auction sites?

No, resale of the Grown Ups Go Free voucher or code is strictly prohibited, any purported transfer or sale of the voucher will render it void.

I’ve collected more than one voucher or code, can I make multiple visits to the same or differing attractions?

Yes, provided you have a new voucher or code and are accompanied by a full paying child or adult per visit. Each voucher or unique code is only valid for one free adult entry and only one voucher or unique code can be used per person and per transaction.
